There are many different ways to participate in the Alchemy Conference. Participation is a key element to the success of the event. We want to reward you for participating in the growth and overall success of the event. To express how much we value your affiliation you will receive 2 full weekend passes to the Exhibitors hall just for becoming an affiliate. Here’s how your affiliation will financially award you.
For every dollar spent by anyone associated with your organization participating in any of the many Alchemy Conference activities, your organization will earn 15% on all event registrations. Rebates are based on the pricing at the time of registration.
Every minute of everyday you can earn cash for your organization. It’s that simple! Here are some of the ways your members can earn you rewards.
Your participation in the event is important to us. To maximize your affiliation with the event we are offering you the opportunity to gain greater exposure for your organization and market to your target audience. Here are the incentives to help with your participation.
1. When 50 members or more register, your organization will receive a complimentary 10x10ft booth space, 4 full weekend exhibitor passes and be highlighted in the event program.
2. When 25 members or more register, you will receive 4 full weekend passes to the Exhibitors hall.
HOW TO BECOME AN AFFILIATE
A. Begin by creating an account click on the “Sign up Now” logo. All you have to do is fill out a short application and you are on your way to earning all the benefits associated with this program.
B. Once the account is created, within 48 hours, an Alchemy Conference marketing representative will contact you to review the benefits of the program with you and how yu can maximize your involvement. Your Alchemy representative will:
